Heat the skillet to medium heat and add the oil and Garlic. Make sure the garlic does not burn. Once it starts to brown, add the greens, the water and stir. Once the greens start to wilt, squeeze the lemon juice over them and let the juice cook for 20- 30 more seconds. Add salt and chili flakes to taste. Voila! It’s that simple.
